I am very satisfied with the work Shared Stories did on my roof. Virgil took pictures & explained the condition my old roof was in. I did not feel pressured in the process unlike other contractors who had inspected the roof. The crew arrived on time & immediately went to work. They worked until sundown & took only one break. My roof is so beautiful & neighbors are complimenting on its appearance. I can't wait for them to do my siding.

I never write reviews, but I have to give Virgil credit for his excellent roof inspection, advice, and repairs! He provided thorough quotes and only recommended work that needed to be done: replacing our ridge vents. He was very responsive over e-mail and text. He and Ron got the job done efficiently in just a few hours. Then he explained everything he did in detail, including pictures of the roof and showing me where the leaks had been coming into our attic. Great to know a quality roof repair service we can trust!

I had a very wood experience. Virgil provided timely service and provided a detailed quote. He found leak and repaired to my great satisfaction. He took several pictures to show me leak entry and also after repair. He took time to also provide additional caulking in other areas at no cost. A few weeks later after a rain storm he texted me to ensure repair was holding up which it did. You don’t see service like that these days.
